Bharti Kharshikar holds an MBA in Marketing, a Postgraduate Diploma in Import and Export Management, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Theravada (Buddhist Psychology) from Pune University. She is an international Soft Skills Trainer and a leading authority in Executive Presence, Communication, and Leadership, with over two decades of experience in management and admissions counseling for prestigious educational institutions.
Having worked across eight countries, Bharti has made a profound impact in both the corporate and education sectors. She is a sought-after keynote speaker, panelist, and facilitator for inspirational seminars and tailored sessions at top management institutions.
Her exceptional contributions have been recognized with several accolades, including the Lokmat Sakhi Sanman Award for her outstanding work in the education sector. Currently, Bharti serves as the Vice President of Membership for the Wonders of Women Toastmasters Club.

Her experience, which spans over 14 years, echoes perfectly in her operational and strategic acumen.

Payal spearheads the Interior Design Department. A skilled designer, talented professional, and a dynamic leader, Payal fits all the roles effortlessly. Academically speaking, she is an alumni of CEPT University. Having worked with renowned architect like Hafeez Contractor, her experience involves crafting Residential and Retail Designs and incorporating universal design approach in built environments. Her works have been featured in prominent magazines like “The Architects Diary” and “Rethinking the Future” which is a testament to the quality of her designs and attention to detail.
Ar. Hema Wadikar completed her Bachelor's in Architecture in 2012 and further pursued Masters in Landscape Architecture, currently practising Landscape Architect but have worked on Hospitality and Residential Interiors. She also have 10+ years of experience in teaching and bring in her expertise of teaching along with the practical knowledge of the field.

His years of experience of Pattern Making and Garment Construction from past 10 years and of more than a year in export houses has been a huge contribution to the students, also he has been a student of the same institution earlier and had led to a faculty from student. Saimah Shaikh is an alumnus of the prestigious Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, Los Angeles. In her professional career, she has founded and leads the label ‘SAIMAH SHAIKH’ that works with ethical fashion choices and sustainable materials with a focus on the historically and culturally relevant Khadi. Over the last 15 years, Saimah has taught students in complex subjects such as the Design Process, Fashion Image Creation, Design Development and Collection Planning, Fashion Styling while bringing her industry experience to the classroom. She has been responsible for curriculum collaboration and execution with Acedemia Costume e Moda, Rome and has mentored students for international shows as well.

Ankita Brahmi pursued her degree in Fashion Communication from National Institute of Fashion Technology, NIFT. Her 10+ years of experience in Art Direction, Graphic Design and Fashion Branding have given her the opportunity to work with some iconic houses like MTV India and Channel V. A course in Luxury Brand Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A) equipped her with the understanding of luxury brand storytelling. In the past 8+ years, she has engaged with a lot of talent from the field of Fashion Design and Fashion Business, in a classroom set up, sharing her knowledge, whilst harbouring their imagination and ideas.
